The new changes to employment law in Ontario (as of January 1, 2018) introduced and revised the leaves of absence regime for employees who need time off. Some are paid, but most are unpaid.

Along with the multitude of changes to the Ontario Employment Standards Act (ESA) in 2018 comes a new ESA poster.
All employers are required to provide the poster to their employees and post it in a conspicuous place in the workplace.
